Stardust Immunity 100g

The deep electric blue compound Phycocyanin is the primary active ingredient in spirulina and has been shown to be a powerful adaptive immune enhancer and anti-inflammatory. The blue petals of butterfly pea flowers are rich in anthocyanin, while elderberry and ginger have long been used as immune boosters to help the body fight off cold and flu symptoms.

Directions for use:

Immunity Latte


Add 1-2 teaspoons to 1 cup of hot milk, or serve with cold milk over ice.

Smoothie

Add 1-2 teaspoons to a blender with 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of seeds (i.e., chia, flaxseed) and if desired plant protein of choice.

Food Dye

For the icing on baked goods, yoghurt etc. Add incrementally until desired colour is reached.
