Ingredients

Manuka Honey, deionized water, menthol crystals, apple cider vinegar, eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, lemon oil, aloe vera.

Directions

• Shake well before every use
• Store at room temperature
• Adults: 1-3 drops orally. Can build up to 5mls at once if required.
• Max dose 15ml per day
• Children: From 5 years. Start with a "taste". If wanted, move to 1 drop. Mix 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey to soften the taste.
• Pregnancy: 2-3 drops, up to 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed this dosage.
• Breastfeeding: 2-3 drops, up to 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed this dosage. Only use after feeding.
