Beetroot powder is a good source of folate and a source of fibre, vitamin C and potassium. Beetroots contain naturally occurring plant nitrates which may reduce inflammation, support healthy blood flow to the body and increase energy, stamina and endurance during and after exercise. The red pigment betalain provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support.
