Tiger nuts are little nutrient rich root vegetables that pack a mighty punch (not nuts!) and only need rainwater to grow. We source ours ethically, including from a female farming collective in Burkina Faso, West Africa and then create Original Tiger Nut milk right here in Australia.
Made with Australian Olive Oil - no seed oils around here, thank you very much! Our Original Tiger Nut Milk provides 7.8g of plant-based protein per serve and has added Vitamin D, Calcium, B2, B5, B12, Phosphorus. Madame Tiger is delightfully free from dairy, soy, nuts and gluten! And yep, it’s FODMAP Friendly certified!
